Our business model is a product based approach that focuses on taking the Sanovi DRM software product portfolio along with the options of consulting, support services and training offerings.
Sanovi offers its DRM software in perpetual licensing option, with a fixed % fee as Annual Maintenance Contract that needs to be renewed every year. Pricing is based on the size of the infrastructure (servers and applications) and features of the product. As the customer infrastructure grows, Sanovi has opportunity to upsell more licenses. Sanovi CloudDRM product is offered in a subscription model for a quarterly/annual recurring charge through Cloud Service providers. This enables pay-per-use and pay-as-you-grow models for the RaaS market in the Cloud. |
