Key Person:
Mr. Nanda Kishore is the Executive Director of Ramky Estates & Farms Limited (REFL), which is a ‘Real Estate Arm’ of renowned Ramky Group. He is working with the company since 2008 and has been instrumental to the growth and emergence
of the organisation as a leader in the real estate industry in the south. Mr. Kishore is a Qualified Cost Accountant with over 2 – decades of experience from diverse industries in Realty, IT Services & Production sectors. Prior to Ramky Group, he was associated with IBM and Singareni Collieries Limited in Senior Capacities. He is also a certified SAP consultant. Few of his professional achievements include
• Business: He has spearheaded efforts in securing new business in excess of
Rs.2000 crs in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai.
• People & Strategy: He has lead the efforts in building a strong team in Ramky
Estates and enabled the organisation to grow exponentially. Formulated and Implemented
ERP systems & driven value through Business Process Reengineering.

Milestone:

1)REFL’s flagship project Ramky Towers has generated huge response amongst buyers and had established REFL as a preferred developer for potential customers.
2)Entered Chennai market through JV with RWD and launched gated community project in Medavakkam in 2006.
3)Made a big entry into integrated townships with APHB and commercial office complex in A.P in 2008.
4)In 2010, foundation stone was laid for development of international school at Ramky Discovery City spread over 750 acres of land.
5)Launched high rise apartment project ‘Ramky One North’ in Bangalore in 2011.
6)Launched high rise apartment project ‘RamkyOne Kosmos’ in Hyderabad.
