Mr. Sujay Kalele, CEO of KPDL, an engineer and management post graduate from Indian
School of Business, Hyderabad has more than 10 years of experience in India and abroad
in different sectors, like IT, IPC and Real Estate business. He is responsible for business
development of the company and heading the Group sales function. He is with the company
since Jan 2010.

Kolte-Patil Group is present across different
residential segments, albeit as various subbrands
under its umbrella brand – Kolte-Patil
Developers Ltd. Each of these brands is
different in terms of the product it offers and
also in terms of the clientele it caters to, and the
teams involved.
The company is living the philosophy of creation,
by giving equal, rather more importance
to outdoor spaces. A home at a Kolte-Patil

neighborhood is being planned in line with the
current trends and consumer needs, underlying
the fact that Kolte-Patil lives its stand of ‘creation,

2008-10: Signed JV agreements with
ICICI Ventures, Portman Holdings and
Yatra Capital. Total developable area
~18 million square feet
2010: Launch of Luxury vertical

“Life Republic”. Completed 7.5 mn. Sq.
ft construction
