Vidyadhar is a serial entrepreneur. He is the co-founder and business development head at Cygnus IT Solutions. In current capacity he is responsible to define company's strategy and drive sales and operations. Under his leadership Cygnus received nomination at Aegis Graham Bell Awards in 2011. He is also Co-founder & Lead Consultant at LeadCap Ventures, one of the leading research and consulting companies in India with offices in Middle East, Africa and USA. He is also a Managing Trustee at LeadCap Trust where he has empowered more than one million youth in India. Previously he has worked with companies like Hewlett Packard, Reliance Globalcomm and Coca Cola. In 2011, Vidyadhar has been recognized as Global Shaper by World Economic Forum for developing world’s first Leadership Village in Waynad, Kerala. Currently the model is being adopted by
