Vidya Srinivasan is a strong team builder with ten years of experience in the Information Technology Industry. She encompasses rich industry experience in USGAPP Reporting , Software Technology Parks and Export Oriented Unit Procedures and has a strong inclination for quality systems and procedures aligned to Six Sigma. Highly motivated, results oriented with a take-charge attitude, she is recognized for her ability to direct and motivate others. At Sun Microsystems her responsibilities include controllership for Four Major Global Engineering Operations of Sun - Beijing, Bangalore, St.Petersburg and Prague. She leads the Global Citizenship Initiative for Sun in India as part of the CSR of the company. She leads the Sun Woman's Forum in India and has an ctive engagement in Diversity Council and NASSCOM forum for Women.
