Pavithra Bopanna heads the Recruitment & Manager HR at MetricStream. She has with her over  9 yearsof experience  in the area of Customer Relationship Management and Human Resources.

Prior to Metric Stream, Pavithra worked with Navgati as a consultant in HR, training and development and recruitment. She also worked with Citigroup on banking & customer related assignments. During her stint with Citigroup,  she focused on people management, recruitment, training, including backend operations, and was responsible for heading a team that handled high net worth customer portfolios.
