Chetan Shinde has over 13 yrs of experience in Software Engineering & Operations. An engineering graduate from  Bangalore University, Shinde's collective experience in management of software engineering and operations puts him in the best position to understand the people-work environment at Aditi. He is responsible for ensuring that Aditi implements best practices in HR and People Administration. In his engagement with Aditi, Chetan has previously held leadership roles in engineering; helping build and manage several large engineering teams and product development efforts. Prior to Aditi, he was employed with Xerox and Canon.
