Creating Higher Value Start-Ups

Many Indian start-ups struggle to achieve breakthrough growth. Even fewer pursue product-driven businesses. While the still-developing eco-system is partly responsible, a lot more can be achieved through innovative approaches towards startups. There is a lot we can imbibe by studying successful entrepreneurial cultures like that in Silicon Valley, keeping in mind the Indian environment is distinctly different, hence strategies that work here, need to be appropriately suited.
This workshop will attempt to combine the speakers’ perspectives from his efforts in India, with his decade long experience from the USA. Special focus will be given to elements that are key to creation or destruction of significant value and what entrepreneurs need to do, to avoid humdrum outcomes. Case studies will be shared, analyzing insights from both successes and failures.
Workshop will help <2-3yr old companies struggling to find traction, or struggling to break through a revenue ceiling. Also useful for aspiring entrepreneurs looking to find ideas for developing a process-driven approach while venture hunting.
