vCustomer in an expansion mode

PUNE: vCustomer, the leading US-based global provider of offshore process-driven BPO, contact center and technical support services today announced the successful multi-client launch of their new center in Pune. The state-of-the-art facility, spread across 60,000 square feet is expected to employ 1,000 people within the next two quarters. This will increase vCustomer's total employee strength to over 4000. This new facility marks one of the first large-scale technical help desk support centers in Pune. With the addition of the Pune center, vCustomer expands to four India processing centers, three of which are in New Delhi.
