netGuru announces changes to its Board

netGuru Inc on Monday announced changes to its board of directors. Effective July 25, 2003, netGuru added Ben Eazzetta and Dean McCormick to its board. netGuru's board will now consist of a majority of outside directors, with Amrit Das as its chairman.

CALF:Ben Eazzetta is chief operating officer and executive vice president of Intergraph Process, Power & Offshore. Eazzetta, a co-founder of Industria Solutions and a former engineering executive at ExxonMobil, holds an undergraduate degree in nuclear engineering and a graduate degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech. Dean McCormick III, CPA, is president of the consulting and accounting firm of McCormick & Company, in Irvine, Calif. McCormick is currently a member of the Forum for Corporate Directors and the Orange County Leadership Council for the University of Southern California. He is past president of the Orange County Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. McCormick holds a graduate degree in business administration from the University of Southern California. McCormick will serve as chairman of netGuru's Audit Committee. "We are excited to welcome Ben Eazzetta and Dean McCormick to our board," said Amrit Das. "Ben brings a wealth of experience from Intergraph as well as an in-depth knowledge of our business sector. Dean will provide enhanced financial oversight and assistance.
