inSilica appoints Balaji Baktha President & CEO

SANTA CLARA, CA:inSilica, a fabless semiconductor company has appoinrted Balaji Baktha as President and CEO while Anant Agarwal has been promoted as vice chairman of Board Formerly with Marvell Semiconductors, Balaji was the Vice President and General Manager of the embedded and emerging business unit since 2003. Prior to that, Balaji served as Vice President of marketing for Adaptec's Storage Networking Group responsible for developing and implementing its marketing strategy. "We are excited to have Balaji join inSilica as the President and CEO and I look forward to working closely with him to drive inSilica to the next level of growth," said Anant Agarwal, who was recently promoted as Vice Chairman of Board at inSilica.
