eInfochips unveils VMM based HDMI Verification IP

Ahmedabad: eInfochips, an IP leveraged offshore electronics design services provider, has unveiled its Verification Methodology Manual (VMM) based HDMI Verification IP (VIP). The HDMI Verification IP will be included in the Synopsys DesignWare Verification IP Alliance program.
eInfochips and Synopsys partnered for Alliance program to strengthen their VMM and verification IP segment. "The release of this HDMI verification IP is a key reason why we created the DesignWare Verification IP Alliance program," said John Koeter, Vice President of marketing for the Solutions Group at Synopsys.
The HDMI VMM Ready VIP complies with HDMI 1.3a specifications and supports deep color mode and Pixel Encoding, which are used to configure the IP to enable/disable Source, Sink, Monitor, Functional Coverage and Scoreboard.
