eInfochips appoints Sarbpreet Singh as President and Head

Ahmedabad: eInfochips, a product development services provider has appointment of Sarbpreet Singh as President and Head - Global Sales. With over 20 years of experience in diverse industries such as microelectronics, networking, telecommunications software and EMS, Sarbpreet will lead the global sales and marketing efforts of the company. Sarbpreet will be based at the U.S. headquarters of eInfochips. Prior to eInfochips, Sarbpreet served as a President and Chief Operating Officer with Global Edge Software and as a Senior Vice President, Networking Infrastructure Products and Services at Flextronics International, where he managed a Global team that served the design and development needs for some of the largest telecom manufacturers (TEMS). His team was responsible for the design and development of products ranging from VoIP handsets and fixed wireless terminals to multi-hundred gigabit ethernet switches for enterprises and a range of optical switches for telecom operators. Earlier, Sarbpreet had managed various networking equipment businesses for Alcatel Lucent and a DSP business for Lucent Microelectronics, now LSI Logic. Welcoming Sarbpreet on board, Pratul Shroff, CEO, eInfochips said, "We plan to expand our business in the European and Japanese markets and also strengthen our position across various industries like Video, Security/Surveillance, Networking and Medical/Healthcare.
