e4e ups stake in iSeva

BANGALORE: e4e has increased its ownership stake in iSeva, a BPO company with its Indian operations headquartered here. e4e will now have a controlling interest in the company, an iSeva statement said. As part of the increased ownership, e4e has reorganised the board and management structure of iSeva. The board has appointed Vaibhav Tewari as the new president of iSeva, and as a member of the new board. Dr Sridhar Mitta, managing director of e4e India and Murrali Rangarajan, chief operating officer of e4e Group have also been appointed to the board of the company, the statement added.
