Cars Offering Most and Least Joyful Rides

3. Luxury Sedans

a. Most Joyful: Jaguar XJ

Previously, Jaguar XJ came with two engine choices; 3.0L V6 and 5.0L V8 engines. The difference between the engine capabilities of these two versions is pretty large.  The V6 engine can produce 130 hp and a torque of 92 pound-feet, while the V8 engine produces 340 hp and a torque of 332 pound-feet.

The 2013 model of the Jaguar XJ covers up all the deficiency of the previous versions. The newer version is loaded with 3.0L V6 engine which can produce 340 hp and has an 8-speed automatic transmission. The mileage is also comparatively better than the previous versions.

b. Least Joyful: BMW 750Li

BMW 750Li gives a ride of 443 hp with 479 pound-feet of torque at 5,500 rpm; all thanks to the twin-turbocharged V8 engine and the 8-speed steptronic automatic transmission. With this power, BMW 750Li can reach sixty mile within a time of 4.7 seconds.

The 750 series of BMW has been popularly called as the ‘driver friendly’ car. But the newer version has received mixed reviews from the critics. Comfort has been given more priority and performance, second. This brings this sedan to the list of the cars offering least fun.
