Zensar Technologies realigns global operations

NEW DELHI: Zensar Technologies has realigned its global operations into strategic business units. Vivek Gupta and Nitin Parab, both based in USA have been given control of the Applications Portfolio Management and Enterprise Application Services respectively. Both these business units contribute about 80 percent of the company's revenues.
The company has also set up two new strategic business units Innovative Technology Solutions and Business Process Outsourcing & Optimization as independent profit centers. While Zensar Chief Technical Officer Dilip Ittyera will head the Innovative Technology Solutions, Aamod Wagh will hold responsibility of business Process Outsourcing and Optimization group.
The Strategic Business Unit heads will look after sales in UK and USA and also for the delivery centers within the group. Zensar Asia Pacific chief V Balasubramanian has the responsibility of India, Japan, Middle East, Africa, Australia and European markets.
