The advertiser can run a campaign based on two payment methods, Cost per thousand impressions and Cost per click. Moreover, the advertisers need to pay only for publishing the advertisements, while the ad creation tools are provided free of cost. Currently, Zimblee has up to 40 Indian publishers.
A report by eTechnology Group for the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) reveals that online publishers contribute nearly 26 percent to this market. Given these conditions, there can be sustained growth in the online advertising market in India. The study also reveals that the online display advertisement market is
450 crore for FY09 compared to Rs 340 crore in FY08. As of September 2008, there are about 42 million active Internet users in India and there is widespread use of internet for advertising by SMBs. Vishal Sharma, the CEO of Yureekah said, "I am confident that this easy-to-use interface will provide a new dimension to the online advertising landscape and assist advertisers in launching campaigns in minutes."
