Yahoo! appoints Srinivasan, Prasad as CTOs

BANGALORE: Yahoo! Software Development India Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Yahoo Inc., a leading global internet communications, commerce and media company, today announced the appointment of Srinivasan Seshadri and Prasad Ram as Chief Technology Officers.
The newly appointed CTOs will be responsible for providing strategic direction to the Research and Development work at Yahoo! Software Development Centre in the city, a company statement said.
"Yahoo development centre will be focused on developing innovative technology solutions and products in the area of data mining, search, E-commerce, mail, social networking and core technology platforms", it was stated.
