Wipro develops KNET for Microsoft

BANGALORE: Wipro has developed Knowledge Net (KNET) portal for Microsoft, the Redmond based company said. Knowledge Net (KNET) is a portal solution that will help Microsoft’s employees, wherever they are around the world, to access and search for stored experiences, best practices, documentation, presentations and domain experts within the company. KNET is built on Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services and Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server, and has helped Wipro Technologies reduce time-to-market as it allows for better collaboration among its employees, Microsoft said.
