Wipro BPO signs deal with U.S. firm

BANGALORE: E-OPS, an U.S. based contract-processing company, has signed an exclusive partnership agreement with Wipro BPO for 24/7 offshore processing.
e-OPS offers round-the-clock mortgage processing service and providing online virtual access to customer files with real-time feedback between loan officers, customers, and third parties.
Wipro BPO will handle the loan processing, including loan application data entry and submission; the ensuing follow-up process; the query handling process; and the re-submission, closing, and notification process, according to a company release.
"We are delighted to partner with e-OPS, one of the leading loan processing services. They are committed to delivering a highly efficient, cost-effective service and are ideally positioned to benefit from Wipro's loan processing offering," said to T.K. Kurien, CEO, Wipro BPO.
Details on the size and duration of the engagement were not available.
The first U.S. offshore round-the-clock mortgage processing service announced by e-OPS is conducted in a paperless fashion.
