The primary motto of a bossy woman is to get power and get their work done. They leave less space for proper communication with their employees and create an unhealthy atmosphere. In these way women bosses lose the respect that they should get from their employee. No healthy assertiveness
Women managers are usually have the credibility to get the work done neatly and correctly. But some women bosses are forcefully order their employees rather than having a healthy understanding. They lose the sensitive character in them and the proper communication skill.
