Why do Talented People Often Fail?

Bangalore:  It is the biggest truth that most of the talented people always fail to be a successful person. The reason for this is even though they are highly talented, they lack some basic skills which are certainly required for attaining success. It is true in most cases that many skilled people often fail in front of the less skilled people because the skilled people will only know how to follow the given instructions, they fail giving ideas whereas the less skilled people, even though they are not as educated people as the so called talented people, they will be knowing the basic skills and thoughts which are required to attain success.

There are many examples in this world where you can see many uneducated or college dropouts attaining success by building big business firms and many educated people working under them. This can be the best example to know the fact that you can’t be a talented person just based on your academic performance; it also requires the little bit of social outlook as well as common sense and the capacity to think new.

So what can be the reasons which avoid talented people in achieving success?

Many a times, lack of motivation can make a talented person to stay back from attaining success. It is because they will be hopping for some sought of motivation from their beloved ones and if they don’t get it they lack the courage in them to move forward to attain their desired goal.
