Bangalore: Google Search Engine currently holds a 72 percent share of the search market compared to that of Yahoo with 13.5 percent and Bing 10 percent. Google currently deals with over 1 billion search requests per day, managed by over 1 million servers world-wide including web search, refining tools, videos, images and news options. With Google's massive search engine and resources behind it, Google+ should not be underestimated; it made an attempt to get social networking right after social disaster, Google Buzz. The week before, Google+ was in 54th place with 1.1 million visits and it came to 42nd place with 1.8 million visits. It looks like interest in Google+ really was dropping until Google opened it up for public.
Google Plus
Despite being such a giant company, Google+ has been criticized for the similar look of the Facebook, and waited a long time to the public. An organization of Google's stature is struggling to make it to the top in the social networking sites, however due to the tough competition posed by likes of facebook and twitter its innovation has not achieved the desired expectations. Last week the company opened Google+ to the public, and traffic rocketed. Now the Google+ is on the 8th place with 43 million users in the top social networking, sooner it may reach to top 3.
