Who Says Women are Not Corrupt?

Bangalore: May be it's the concept of 'Bharatiya Nari' that often stops us from associating women to burning issues like corruption. May be its ironical to boast of the fact that we still stick on to such a value system today. However, it's those male figures, as always, figure out mostly when we say corruption and the public anger is mechanically directed towards our male netas. Contrary to the common belief, women in power could never make any significant change. Right from the era of tyrannical Indira Gandhi who was accused of electoral corruption, to the modern women politicians, there are many carrying the bundle of corruption on them.
She flies a private jet to Mumbai when she needs sandals. The rich and famous, Mayawati is undoubtedly the most controversial women in Indian politics. She has been charged in a series of cases including disproportionate assets and Taj Corridor case etc. The self-proclaimed face of the poorest of the state's poor Dalits who came to power on the call of 'sarvajan hitaye' (for the benefit of all) has always getting richer and richer. Her net worth in 2010 was at
87 crore, an increase of at least Rs 35 crore in three years' time. Besides these, she owns properties in different parts of the country, the cumulative cost of which is valued around
73 crore. The Dalit queen has been fighting many legal battles over cases relating to the Taj corridor case, diamond-laden lavish birthday parties, disproportionate assets case and spend large sums of money on building statues of herself. The UP Chief Minister has been exposed by WikiLeaks to have a "penchant for corruption".

Money is money for women or men. It has no gender discrimination. Only individual ethics matter.

This is not about the women or men in the country. It is about the government sector... Every person need a platform to get chance to get corrupted...
So, we need to observe that the corruption is a spreading disease in the government... comparing to private...

Both male and female Indians are just two sides of the same coin. There is actually no difference in their mentality and other complexes. As to corruption, the only officers I have ever seen were those who belonged to British Raj times, including some persons in my own family. Looking back, it is quite surprising to think that they were not bothered gathering money that came the wrong way. Yet, they were in other ways quite Indian. However, they lived in an English atmosphere, and that made the difference.

don't be dumb you fall under the category of intellectuals can't you see every politician is challenging common man -show me your strength -Yes it has not yet come in open but soon they all will show their true colours
mark my words - common man is safe till politicians remain separate the moment they get united it will be the end of democracy in India -
mathematical equation -
No. of honest/not corrupt x money > No. of corrupts x black money

There are positions or post which is corrupt irrespective of gender. For example, the post of SP, etc. is one such post. In my native town in Orissa when a young woman took over as SP people especially women rejoiced. But within two years the vigilance was questioning her. The ladies cried discrimination. In another year the inquiry was completed and her asset were made known to public. In just about 3-4 years the lady IPS had amassed more than 100 crores. Forget the politicians when the highly educated civil servants can be so corrupt in the beginning of their career is something to be worried about.

Before get into women corruption, let me have a clear picture on Culture in India. Nowadays, the so called Indian culture is missing in all levels of women as said by Tamil actress Kushboo. The westerners are improving, but ours is falling down. So, undoubtedly, when culture is missing, the problems/corruptions are increasing.
So, it is better to understand the parents, teachers, NGOs and other service oriented dept. like Police, etc. should bear in mind to promote culture instead of clear the corruption. The uncultured aptitude is the major characteristic quality which afford to tend them to do corruption, by not looking the family. So, first the parents, teachers, etc. should educate in a manner to suit in this society. But nowadays, the teachers are having less power in hand to handle the students, since the Govt and Law misuse this power to torture teachers. Present CM in tamilnadu is not in favour of teachers in all her time. But they are in favour of Police, Court in order to please them for her trial. Poor citizens of tamilnadu, since two of the four women corrupted politicians are from here.

Sheila Dixit and Sonia Gandhi (including her children) are yet to be charged specifically. Kanimozhi, though charged yet to be proved. Readers may comment about them as they please. Against others specific charges were made. Regarding Jayalalitha she has been convicted by the lower court. Jayalalitha is facing a trial for the case agst for disproportionate wealth, without attending the court over a period of 15 years. The author has omitted to furnish the assets of Jayalalitha's aide/friend Sasikala and a host of relatives of Sasikala. Putting together may be in many folds. Unless strict laws, enforcement and judiciary are quick these things can never be curtailed. Thousands of Hazare may not be adequate to sort it out.

By bloging, the problem will not solved. Indian public has to take the stand and should do something to overcome this corruption. This politicians thinks that we all are poor people and should remain always so. Politicians will never passs the jan-lokpal (which-ever party is congress BJP, RJD, etc, etc), reason is they will not able to earn and fill their swiss accounts. They are not for serving the country but they are in politics for becoming billionairs or trillionairs.

if union government is serious about wiping out corruption post-Anna fast, they (supreme court) should appoint a special team to investigate into large amounts of wealth accumulated by some politicians spread over all parties. This includes Mayavati. They will be either cleared of all doubts or proved corrupt. If things are allowed to continue as now, CORRUPTOCRACY ZINDABAD.

How many of the judges are not corrupt? esp in the Supreme Court of India? When it is common knowledge among judicial fraternity that even a session court judge settles for 5 to 10 lakhs as settlement fees and the decision is made in his or her chamber - that too for a murder case. The accused is let of with a light jail sentence if it is too hot else discharged due to lack of evidence and the aggrieved party gets a few lakhs from the accused. That is the reason why the judges are totally opposed to declaring their property. Who is the SC to appoint a special team for investigation?

than 10 years to become fastest multi billionaire
2. All newspapers are scared to discuss the story of PRIYANKA AND Robert Vadra because of severe threat from Sonia Gandhi and Congress govt
3. After Robert Vadra got married with Priyanka Gandhi, Robert's father committed suicide under mysterious circumstances, his brother found dead in his delhi residence and his sister found dead in mysterious car accident. These reports were not published in any Indian media.

FYI, Unitech has been wrongly framed in the 2G scam. There is absolutely no proof that Unitech did any fraud to get the 2G license. Also FYI Datacom is the biggest beneficiary in the 2G scam, which was able to jump the queue well ahead of Unitech and Swan telecom. If Unitech was invlved in the scam and ROBERT AND PRIYANKA VADERA had a stake in Unitech, no way the MD of Unitech, Sanjay Chandra would have been held in custody without any evidence against him. Get your facts right before you post some heard facts.

When Tata took 100 years to be billionaire, the value of rupee and opportunities existing in the market has also grown......take your own example, the problems of jobs and struggle would have been with your grand father or father but not you as you got education as well as have many opportunities in the market to earn more than the same amount your father would have in years..............this means you also are getting some kind of favoritism......Countering one person's wrong with other is sheer shame which politicians has been doing from the past and have taught the young ones to do the same.

Kudos Mr. Patel, The whole You Tube Video is not available for India. This is purely Fascism. People thought that the threats of Alexander, Napoleon, Hitler, Mussolini and the likes are over, but in reality, those were great leaders who exhibited their power unlike the Ministers today who are doing everything behind the curtains. First of all, we the people are sentimental fools to trust the party who has robbed us for more than 50 years. The Youth India, instead of leading the country are following the path. Due to the selfish desires, we have been slaved in the past by the Mughals and the Britishers for a long time and now we are enslaved by the Ministers.

Corruption has gained status of `natural instinct`. It come by seeing other taking bribes, reading, talking about and on
top of all having position to get offers for bribe. In past
years we have read about numerous cases of catches of women
taking bribes in cash at their homes,in office at at third
place. There are certain positions where police can`t enter like CM,MP or Cabinet Minister or judge accepting the bribe
It is protected by law. Those lawmakers themselves were corrupt & rules made at time when corruption was not known
so rules are in favor of biggest racket runners. Anna Hazare exactly fight against these dudes. Right now u can say Corrupts Rule Us.

Everything is OK! Only by expressing our thoughts we will not achieve anything. If we want to start really something against corruption...why only corruption? there are many burning issues like"KASAB" and all and many of us can add to it. Everything starts because there is no threat about the law, IPC. As per my opinion we should try to change / correct the old dated IPC. Why aren't anyone raising this issue,,,, I fully support Anna's activity, but who gives guarantee that the so called Janlokpal, or the committee will not be corrupt,,, In fact why all of us are crying because in all these scams we have not received anything. Tell me honestly, if you would have received some 0ne or two crores from these scams would you had dared to write against corruption,,, NO NO NO. So we should start to change the LAWS,,,,, In gulf countries during RAMZAN people go for NAMAZ keeping their shops open, imagine what will happened in India,,, I am not supporting those laws, but we should have something some punishment and that too fast. Hope you will get clarity else this letter will be so long.In India for every service person has retirement, why not in politics,,, I strongly suggest that there should also the retirement for all these old fellows. They have earned a lot and they are now on the verge of "upward journey", why will they think for "Janata" There are so many such issues. In india during election if the voting percentage is 45percent and if any party gets 50percent of votes that party can rule. In actual the vote percetage is only 23percent,, Do we have any resolutions? We should also think in this direction.
