WestBridge invests $5.5 M in Brainvisa

BANGALORE: WestBridge Capital Partners has announced an investment of $5.5 million in Brainvisa Technologies, an e-learning services and solutions company.
Brainvisa provides end-to-end learning solutions for corporate, publishing, education and government sectors. The infusion of funds will be used for expansion and M&A activities, a WestBridge statement said.
With this investment, WestBridge will take a significant stake in Brainvisa, with its managing director K.P. Balaraj and venture director Surendra Jain joining the board of Brainvisa, a company release said.
Brainvisa helps clients transform unstructured information into effective learning solutions to enhance employee productivity and business performance by leveraging the expertise of a team of instructional design specialists coupled with a highly creative multimedia team of graphic artists, content writers, animators and programmers, the release said.
