Watch your activities while dining with your boss

Bangalore: Business lunch etiquettes are necessary to survive in an organization in peace. There is a buzz going around about developing proper etiquettes that is to be followed around by every professional. The boss inviting a colleague for lunch cannot be taken as they are checking out or being a try me person, there many be several reasons or no reason at all. The colleague has to pay attention to lot of things while having lunch or dining with their boss. This can also be taken as a social situation which is going to indulge strong intrapersonal communication with lots of formalities.
1. Mannerism
Dinning etiquettes and proper social manners like watching your footsteps, the way you get seated on the chair, giving a smiling face when needed (not all the time), the way you serve yourself and the use of fork, spoon or knife are very essential. If your napkin falls down, don't bend over to recover it, ask for a new one. Don't try to over lead your boss thinking you are acting smart by talking too much or by taking out your wallet to pay the bill, this can create a wrong impression and displays a lack of professionalism. Always keep in mind that he is your boss and can never be your friend, but he acts friendly.
