Voyager Capital Names Naren Gupta to Advisory Board

CALIF: Voyager Capital, an e-commerce venture capital firm, said it named Frank Gill and Naren Gupta to its advisory board. Gill formerly served as executive vice president of Intel. He serves on the boards of logitech International, Pixelworks, Tektronix, ConceroGroup, Unicru, and Kryptiq. Gupta currently serves as interim president and CEO of Wind River. He was co-founder, chairman, and president of Integrated Systems, its predecessor company. He serves on the boards of Tibco Software, Quick Eagle Networks. Messrs. Gill and Gupta join Mike Brochu, CEO of Primus Knowledge Solutions; Scott Cook, executive committee chairman of Intuit; John Connors, senior vice president and CFO of Microsoft; John DeFeo, former CEO of Incepta and US West New Vector; Promod Haque, general partner at Norwest Venture Partners; Jeremy Jaech, founder and former CEO of Visio and co-founder and former vice president for engineering of Aldus; Keith Krach, co-founder and former CEO of Ariba; Ed Lazowska, professor at the University of Washington; and Roger McNamee, co-founder and general partner of Silver Lake Partners, on Voyager's advisory board.
