Vergil announces merger with American Cybersystems

ATLANTA: Vergil Technology, a privately held software development and consulting services firm with principal operations in Chennai, India, announced today that it has merged with American Cybersystems, Inc. an Atlanta- based I.T services company. Terms were not disclosed.
Vergil Technology specializes in the global delivery of software Development, Web Services based products, and related support services and has successfully completed dozens of outsourced engagements for U.S.-based companies.
"Vergil has a world class management team and a proven track record of delivering Application Outsourcing solutions and products to US based corporate clients and software companies," said N. Shekar, Chief Executive Officer of Vergil Technology (P) Limited. "We reviewed many potential opportunities and American Cybersystems was by far the best fit. We believe that with this combined entity we are now ready to grow multi fold and become one of the next generation services company and a great place to work."
