U.S. firm acquires Supersight

CHENNAI: The U.S. based International Process Outsourcing (IPO) Inc. has acquired Chennai-based process outsourcing firm, Supersight and plans to invest about $15 million in India in the next three years.
Supersight, which employs around 100, has a contact center facility with a seating capacity for 165 people in the city.
IPO Inc will focus on building infrastructure and management bandwidth for the mid-sized companies in the U.S., U.K. and Australia that are looking for ready-to-use BPO facilities in India. It also plans an investment of $15 million in building the BPO infrastructure across India over next three years.
