Trilogy E-Biz India appoints Mohan as Director HR

BANGALORE: Trilogy E-Business Software India today announced the appointment of A. V. K. Mohan as Director-Human Resource of its operations. Mohan will be responsible for the HR function in Trilogy India and will also contribute to Trilogy's worldwide HR functions in specialised areas. He will be instrumental in developing the HR strategy and enhance the thrust on recruitment efforts in campus and industry hiring. Commenting on the appointment of Mohan as Director of Human Resource, Chinnikrishna Kommi, Managing Director, Trilogy E-Business Software India said, "We are expanding our India operations significantly and we consider HR as a strategic function to our business growth. We are excited to have Mohan on our team, as he is extremely dynamic and has the experience and proficiency of putting together a successful team." Prior to joining Trilogy, Mohan was the Corporate Manager & Head Capability Development at Digital GlobalSoft from 2001 to 2004 and was the Senior Manager of HR at Motorola from 1998 to 2001. Mohan has been the recipient of the CFO's Award for 'Best Program Launch' at Motorola for the Mentoring Program across Asia Pacific and also received the 'Best of Digital Awards' at Digital for Culture building initiatives. Mohan is the member of the IT HR Association and has presented papers on Balanced Score Card at IT HR Association in Bangalore, Performance Management at Dubai Management Association and has created a Case Study Analysis for Business World. Mohan holds a M.A. (PMIR) degree from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
