Trianz to raise headcount

US-based IT consulting and services firm, Trianz, is looking at doubling headcount of its global operations from its current strength of 700, by the end of this year. With its largest center in Bangalore, currently the US major is banking on its strong consulting background and product engineering practice to spur its growth. Sri Manchala, CEO Trianz says, “The company would be focusing on three key areas of technology. These include, enterprise application services, product engineering and some high-end knowledge process outsourcing. But these services would be driven strongly by consultative approach to business as the company’s expertise lies in consulting.” The company’s market differentiation from IT services vendors, lay in its value proposition, feels Manchala. In the technology space, Trianz helps techies with management of information systems and product engineering. With a client base that includes Cisco Systems, Fujitsu, HP, Mitsubishi and Toshiba, the company aspires to improve its performance and have a long-term relationship with customers. With these expansion activities Trianz is targeting at 200-250 crores revenue during its current fiscal. The company also intends to expand its offices in various locations in the US.
