Bangalore: Trianz has won a North America Oracle Titan Award for a High-Tech Industry Solution. Trianz was one of 17 partners in 19 categories recognized for outstanding performance during Oracle fiscal 2007, for developing and implementing a solution based on Oracle Technology in the High-Tech industry. It was presented with the award at a ceremony held Sunday evening at the Oracle OpenWorld. "The Oracle North American Titan Awards recognize the innovative solutions and business achievements of partners within the Oracle Partner Network. The record breaking number of partner nominations this year is evidence of the enthusiasm, success, and pride Oracle partners have for their solutions delivered on Oracle technology," said Rauline Ochs, Oracle Senior Vice President of North America Alliances and Channels. Award recipients were selected by an esteemed group of 65 judges, comprising individuals from the media and analyst community, including CMP Media, IDC, TechTarget and Ziff Davis Media, along with Oracle sales, marketing, and development executives. Judges awarded Trianz with the Titan award for the design and implementation of a intellectual property royalty collection system that leverages the Oracle E-Business Suite. The solution involved modifying Oracle Standard Flows and implementing 9 Oracle products to automate tracking, invoicing, and the collecting of fees and royalty payments. Co-developed with Trianz client Silicon Image, the solution is an innovative way to address the nuances of high-tech royalty management issues. This solution will allow customers to manage their own agreements and report on shipped items for more than 120 million products, rather than relying on a third party. Kenny Gilbert, Director of Technology Services at Silicon Image and Vikram Bhandari, Vice President of Global Delivery at Trianz, indicate that the flexibility of the Oracle E-Business Suite gives Silicon Image a world class solution that eliminates manual processes and replaces them with a web storefront to manage customer relationships surrounding Intellectual Property (IP). Entire relationships can now be managed more effectively from the initial sale of IP to annual renewals and royalty collections. Additionally, the application solution will provide business intelligence on tracking performance throughout all stages of the relationship. Commenting on this occasion, Sanjay Shitole, Vice President at Trianz said, "Trianz is proud of winning the Titan Award for High-Tech Industry Solutions. It shows that an up and coming firm concentrating on pragmatic business solutions can efficiently and comprehensively address multi-faceted enterprise problems. In our solutions, we leverage industry focus, deep Oracle expertise, and a strong business orientation to identify and address the root of high-level business consequences. We will continue to deliver first-rate solutions to our clients".
