Trianz acquires Eximsoft

BANGALORE: Consulting start-up Trianz has acquired Bangalore-based IT services firm Eximsoft Technologies in an all cash deal. The financial terms of the transaction were undisclosed. Trianz has bought out the stake of both the founders of the company as well as VC investor ICICI Ventures to close the deal. At a press conference in Bangalore on Wednesday, Trianz’s President and CEO Sri Manchala, said this deal would give his firm a foothold in Japan, where Eximsoft gets 30-40% of its revenues. Eximsoft has a 150-strong development team in Bangalore and its customers include Fujitsu, Lucent, National Semiconductor and Microsoft. Trianz is a four-year-old consulting firm that focuses on claims to be a niche consulting firm focusing on execution strategy, transformation services and managed services. The company’s customer list includes Cisco, HP, Verisign and Toshiba and Trianz claims to have a triple-digit (crore) revenues run rate.
