BANGALORE: A healthcare BPO is what the founders of Transworks are looking forward to in their new business plan. Rizwan Moita and Jagadish Moorjani are all set to launch a healthcare BPO by buying a US based company at an estimated cost of $20 millions. The specialty healthcare BPO, called ‘I-shore’ will offer end-end healthcare services and financial services and talks are underway with some US based companies. The duo is in talks with some VCs to raise $20 million needed to start the firm. They had together started ‘Transworks’ that was acquired by the Aditya Birla group some years ago. But this time, its more than just bringing cheap jobs to India. They will bring combination of business knowledge, technology, intellectual property and services all under a roof and offer administration, billing, claims and insurance processing.
