8: Nothing great , all are backed by their family business, Generations they were rich and continuing their family business. Country like India , there are lot of rural womens who are very intelligent and capable of achieving everything, the fate is they dont have even basic needs of life and good education in real world.

I fully agree. There are women who brought out their families out of many financial and emotional problems. The women need not be educated if they really want to contribute. If you look Dr MMS is working under less educated Sonia gandhi. I dont thin education is the only route for development.Lalu gave lectures to MBA students from harvrard. For these city bred ,rich MBAs villages will give them lot of opportunities for development than Coroporate world.

It is great and your view that they have grown to this stature because they are part of family business. NO sir they have achievement by sheer dint of hard and sincere work. It is not hidden in India how women are treated from birth In each step of her progress she has to go through the litmus test, she has to prove time and again about her ability in this male dominated word. If you think Mrs.Kochhar, Mrs.Nooyi has achieve in this world is mean that Mrs. Indira Gandhi and Mrs Bhandaranayke, Khalid Zia and sheik Hasina all has climb up in their career because of just only they belong to the family and She has no talent then something wrong with our thinking ability Please correct yourself , there is denying that lot of rural women
are intelligent and capable of achieving any thing or everything but if she has not achieved , history will no remember them , history will remember only those who has achieved in spite of all odds

Yes I agree with you. There is no readymade path for a woman like men.Women have to struggle to prove themselves. There are so many hurdels in her life that it is not easy to acheive something in the family or in the corporate world.Being a woman I can understand this very well.Hats off to those women who are sucsessful today in the family business or elsewere.
