Tooltech acquires majority stake in German software firm

NEW DELHI: Pune-based Tooltech Software India has acquired a majority stake in German design and software company Tecodesign GmbH.
"The transaction signals Tooltech Software's strategic intent to establish a dominant position in the European software industry," a company statement said.
The statement, however, did not give details of the deal, including the stake acquired or the size of the transaction.
