The first and the most important question that I would ask any applicant during an interview is “What makes you feel that this organization is good for you?”

Most of the time I have found that employees disrespect their organization and their working process, which brings a lot of hazel during the growing phase of any company. From a career perspective, it is important for them to understand how they can add value to the organization that they are willing to join.
