Texas Instruments Rides Domestic e-ecosystem Wave

Bangalore: Texas Instruments (TI) is coming up with cutting edge chips, which are powering some of the most effective tools in India. These chips and products were showcased at the Developersâ Conference in Bangalore.
On view were high-definition video conferencing facility of Lifesize communications, running on TIâs DM 642 processor, eInfochipsâs intelligent surveillance camera refernce design based on TIâs Da Vinci platform, Sasakenâs Aria, a suite for mobiles relying on TIâs Locosta with the entire RF subsystem on a single chip. Ittiamâs new IP based videophone built on TMS320DM6446- a Da Vinci technology based processor from TI.
These products clearly showcase that the domestic e-ecosystem is finally ready to consume the chips the products of TI.
