NEW DELHI: British IT services company LogicaCMG has launched its global testing business in India to enable companies to minimize risks involved with IT change and reduce product and software testing costs by at least 30 percent. A prepared company release said the company would expand its 2,000 capacity R&D center in Bangalore to hire about 250 people for its testing business. "Our global delivery center in India forms a strategic component of LogicaCMG's global testing initiative. Test-F will be the center of software testing productivity and effectiveness, offering cost effective, shared services delivered by testers certified to globally recognized ISEB/ISTQB-standards and trained in ITIL, the world's most widely accepted approach to IT and service management," LogicaCMG India CEO Rahul Patwardhan said.
