Tavant Technologies Ranks #5 in Best IT Employer Survey

Bangalore: California-based Tavant Technologies, a leading provider of custom IT solutions and services, has been ranked fifth in the prestigious DQ-CMR Best IT Employers Survey 2011. This is the fifth consecutive year that Tavant has earned a place in this list. The company has moved up six places, which may be due to it's restructured career development and rewards programs and stronger employee engagement initiatives. Innovative use of social networking platform s has helped it forge a stronger bond with employees and alumni. The survey was conducted by Dataquest, an IT publication, and CyberMedia Research (CMR), a research and consulting firm. The survey was based on human resource and employee best practices followed by IT companies in the Indian market and covered seven major cities.
