Taj Launches New Hotel in Bangalore

Bangalore: Vivanta by Taj today launched a new hotel at suburban Yeshwantpur. The mega format property, the Vivanta by Taj Yeshwantpur, is the third Vivanta by Taj branded hotel in the city in addition to the ones at Whitefield and M G Road. With the launch of this new hotel, the overall portfolio of Vivanta by Taj Hotels & Resorts goes up to 21, it said in a statement.
The new hotel features 327 suites and rooms, signature restaurants and conferencing and banqueting facilities.
Raymond N Bickson, MD & CEO, Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces, said Yeshwantpur has the potential to emerge as a strategic suburb of Bangalore linking the new international airport to the corridor of development planned along Mysore Road, thus making it the ultimate location for Vivanta by Taj Yeshwantpur, Bangalore.
