TCS to hire 500 professionals in Mexico
Bangalore: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), which provides global IT services is expected to hire 500 professionals during the current fiscal year for its new operations in Queretaro, Mexico. The company has expanded its global network delivery model across the Latin America, which is marked as the benchmark of excellence in software development. Since TCS established its operations in Mexico in 2003, the company has already served more than 30 clients including the international clients across various industries including telecom, finance, banking, manufacture and retail. Ankur Prakash, Director of TCS, Mexico, Central America and Caribbean said, "We remain committed to Mexico and we continue to invest in developing the skills of the IT professionals here and generating high quality employment in the industry, given our ability to retain and nurture talent." At the new Global Delivery Center in Queretaro, TCS will provide advanced IT services, consultancy, test factory, business process outsourcing (BPO), contact center, IT infrastructure solutions, industrial and engineering services, and solutions based on exclusive TCS products to existing and potential customers. The opening of the new center in Queretaro signifies an important step in the expansion plan of TCS in Latin America. Like all the Global Delivery Centers in Mexico, the new center at Queretaro is certified with high levels of service.
