TCS has highest market cap among IT Cos

NEW DELHI: In the continuing race between IT leaders, the balance has once again tilted in favor of software major Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), which managed to snatch the top slot in terms of market capitalization.
The information technology hand of the Tata Group moved ahead with a market capitalization of $18,418 million as compared to Infosys's $17,848 million. The share price of TCS gained 1.21 percent to end at $38.36 while Infosys lost 2 percent to close the day at $65.58.
In terms of overall market capitalization, TCS holds the fourth position after ONGC, Reliance Industries and NTPC.
