Mumbai: Top three Indian IT Companies are planning to recruit 90,000 more in the Financial Year 2008, said Alroy Lobo, Kotak Mahindra Asset Management. "TCS, Infosys and Wipro would hire about 90,000 more staff in 2008 financial year," said Alroy Lobo, Chief Strategist, Kotak Mahindra Asset Management. The three important reasons for the fastest growth of Indian outsourcing industry are cost, scale and time-to-market, he added. "Construction is an interesting sector. Irrespective of prices, volumes have to grow," he said. Lobo said he expects government policies to be populist in the next budget because of the impending general elections in 2009. "Government policy would be progressive on infrastructure, rural GDP and social infrastructure," he said.
