Synygy to invest 50 crore in India

PUNE:Enterprise Incentive Management solutions provider Synygy, Inc. will invest 50 crore in its Indian operations and take employee count by 300 by the end of the year. The US based company will also double its existing software development space in Pune, Founder and CEO Mark Stiffler said. Stiffler also said "In a span of one year, it has become the company's Asian headquarters, serving clients across India, South East Asia and Australia," and added, "Over the last year, the operations in India have become fully self-sufficient, able to lead and deliver on any kind of task or project globally. We've even had people in India train new employees in the US," Synygy ‘s Indian operations go a long way in the development of new products for the company’s worldwide clients that include development of software and services to help companies to keep track of the company and the employees.
