BANGALORE: IT services firm Symphony Service Corporation will acquire Pune-based In-Reality Software Private Ltd for an undisclosed sum. The transaction was likely to be completed by December this year and would give Symphony the advantage of another India location to service its clients, Symphony said in a statement here. The 16 month-old privately-held In-Reality, focuses on product development for original equipment manufacturers and independent software vendors; it has 15 clients and 200 employees at its centre in Pune. The US-based Symphony, which has a technology development centre in Bangalore with 1,500 employees, helps customers develop time-to-market products.
