Sun Micro ties up with Reliance's Paradox

NEW DELHI: Sun Microsystems has partnered with Paradox Studios, a Reliance group company, to boost the Java gaming market in the country. This tie-up with Sun will help us to leverage Sun's vast technical expertise in helping gaming developers across the world as well as opening up new markets for Paradox, Anurag Khurana, CEO, Paradox Studios said in a release said. There is great synergy in this partnership. Using the Java technology for game development means faster time-to- market, instant cross-platform portability, fewer bugs to contend with and to open new revenue streams with networked games build for Java technology-enabled mobile phones, consoles and PDAs, Kapil Sood, director, telecom, Sun Microsystems said.
