Subex to acquire U.K. Co for $100M

MUMBAI: Bangalore based Subex System, a telecom software services company, is close to acquire UK based telecom security services company for more than $100 million. The overseas is mainly involved in the assurance solutions business where Subex has major presence. Over the last one month Subex, Subex share price has seen almost 25 percent increases to close at $11.3 billion on Monday. This acquisition will help the Subex to foray into the U.K. and other European market. Subex has been acquiring business to consolidate its overseas presence.
