Subex Systems to issue bonus shares

BANGALORE: Subex Systems Ltd, a telecom software product company, on Tuesday said that it would issue bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1. The board of directors has approved the allotment of 10,878,784 equity shares as bonus issue in the ratio 1:1, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
