SmartPlay opts Synopsys for ASIC projects

Bangalore: SmartPlay Technologies, announced that it has adopted tools from Synopsys' Galaxy Implementation and Discovery Verification platforms for its ASIC design projects. In addition, SmartPlay has deployed Synopsys' Lynx Design System, a tapeout proven, production ready IC development environment, as a means to enhance the productivity of its design teams. The new agreement with Synopsys enables SmartPlay to extend the leading edge design solutions it provides to its customer base. "We are excited to be engaged with Synopsys.
